Another useful tool I heard of is this file sharing software which enables you to work simultanously on the same doc with other members of your working team. It is funny because I often thought such a software was really lacking in today's offer so finding out about this one has filled a real expectation from me. I never used it, though, but I look forward to having a team work to carry out since I think this softawre is one of the most ingenous idea one has had since a long time. The presentation video explains how it works and especially how it manages to synchronize simultanous changes and it really looks both easy to use and incredibely powerful.
